good value for your money

This is not an ideal apartment complex, there definetely are problems, like roaches in the apartment and safety (there were numerous car thefts), but management is always very responsive and whenever we complain about something it gets fixed very fast. Maintenance crew is good and responds to requests the same day, and if it is an emergency (like a clogged toilet or leaking pipes) they come right away even in the middle of the night and always are polite and friendly. Management is also friendly and tries to work out every situation to the best of their ability. Grounds are well-kept and nicely landscaped. Parking can be a problem, but not a major problem, we are always able to find a spot, and if we have to walk extra distance to our apartment -- everyone needs a little excercise. Neighbors are generally nice, but some are college students and can be very loud (like very loud music at 5 am in your bedroom!), but when we complained to the management, they took care of the problem. There are 2 playgrounds, which are fairly well-kept, and a swimming pool.
The apartments are big, including a walk-in closet. Walls are pretty thin and windows are old, but working. The apartment was freshly painted when we moved in if needed anything repainted, all we had to do is ask, they do it right away.
All in all I would definetely recommend this apartment complex.
