My girlfriend and I have been living @ Steward Manor since June, and I must say that it appears to be the nicest apartment I have ever seen. The office team is great!!! They are very nice, and maintenance handles concerns very efficeintly and quickly.
I would recommend that you request a 3rd floor apt when moving in, because you WILL hear people walking above your head--especially those who really have no consideration for those under them. Other than that, the grounds are VERY well kept, and the parking is pretty good (except late at night when you have to park about 1-2 buildings down).
Whenever we have problems with bugs (ants & roaches), they handle the requests quickly. I have seen maybe 3 live roaches since I have been here, and the majority of the ones that I see now (which are not many) are always on their backs--dead. We keep the apartment impeccably clean, so we really hardly ever see any type of bugs. (Keeping a clean apartment has a lot to do with it).

Pretty much the only problem is with the individuals upstairs, which is not the rental office's fault. We never had problems with noise until they moved in, so the noise is pretty much alright. They are very nice and pleasant all of the time -- even when we are complaining (about the people upstairs). But they write receipts, they don't lose rent, they handle all requests...
