I have lived here in a 1 bedroom unit since August of last year. The apartment is spacious, was beautifully clean when I moved in, and the grounds are really kept up. Unfortunately, I've had 3 different leaks in my apartment, all in the bathroom. The maintenance staff was quick to come fix the problems when I reported them, but it was more than a nuisance to wake up to leakey ceilings and water on the floor.

I would love to move to a cheaper apartment within the complex, but they don't have any available. That's why I'm moving.
