First off the pilot light in my oven kept going out and filling my place with gas....took lots of complaining (and my angry husband) before they gave me a new stove. Then there's the fact that in the summer, if you live on the first floor, you'll feel like you are living above Grand Central Station....the generator or whatever the hell runs the a/c for the buildings will be right under you and it's sooooooo loud it vibrates in your apartment and sounds like you are living on top of a semi-truck engine. I also agree with the other ratings about the noise from the hallways....you'll hear everything - doors slamming, people yelling, etc - at ALL hours. And if that all wasn't enough to piss me off....my step-children came out to visit for the summer and they expected us to PAY MONEY for pool passes for them! MAYBE i could understand charging for non-family members...maybe. But our own kids''''' And the parking was terrible too! I gave birth to our daughter while living at SM and having to park forever away from my apartment and carry my baby and all our crap.....it sucked!!!!!!
Bottom Line......Do not move into Steward Manor!!!!
