The good news is that these apartments are pretty cheap (utilities
included in the rent). That's also the bad news. The buildings in this
complex are clearly old, have paper thin walls, and badly insulated.
I can hear my neighbor's conversations in my bedroom. This complex is
right next to the railroad tracks. Be sure to look on google maps where
your building will be if you are planning to move in. If you get stuck
near the railroad tracks, you are in trouble. In addition to the tracks,
this complex is kind of surrounded my major roads. That combined with
bad building insulation and terrible, old windows means there will be
plenty of noise. The nasty smell from other people's cooking always
manages to get into the apartment. I still haven't figured out where
exactly it's coming from. Would not recommend this place.
