I have lived in Steward Manor for over a year now, and honestly it's not all that bad. Yes, it is an older complex, but overall it is a nice apartment. My only complaint is that the counter space in my kitchen is non-existent and there is no dishwasher in my kitchen.

I live on the third floor and I find it to be pretty quiet. I do live on the backside of the complex so I think that might be helpful. My neighbor beside me doesn't make much noise, although if I have my tv off and I sometimes hear his, not so well as to be able to tell what he is watching, but I can hear a muffled noise coming through the wall. Another neighbor on the third floor does complain about the neighbor next to him and below him being too loud, but I've never had any problems with anyone below me. I find that mostly singles or small young families live here (at least in my building)

The parking situation is not that great. If I come in at 10:30 on a Saturday night I normally have to park 2-3 buildings away from mine. Steward Manor added additional parking spaces right before I got here, but some of those spaces should not be there. There is one part of the complex that is hard to get through because they made one side of it parking so two way traffic can not pass there.

Maintenance is excellent! They are very responsive to your needs (they have to be - for every day that they do not answer your maintenance request you get that day rent free). The maintenance men are all very friendly and willing to come to your apartment (even late at night during the holiday season to fix the pilot light on your oven) at odd hours, the emergency maintenance number works well.

Overall, I would recommend this apartment to someone. Again, it's nothing fancy but it suits my needs and I have never had a problems living here.
