I have presently been at Steward Manor for 3-4 Months. The apartment layout is nice ( at least mine is) except for the kitchen because you don't get much counter space, but that is made up for with a pantry. One of the problems I had was that my furniture (once I moved it in) is too large for the rooms in this apartment. I think these apartments are a nice size for smalle furniture.
But the downside of experiences I have had are for starters the parking issue and Iam sure that is throughout the whole complex because I have seen it n others peoples reviews. When I get home from school after 9:30 pm I have to park about 2 buildings from mine and walk. I dint like this because I feel as though for the amount of money I pay I should be able to at least park close to my front door. The complex does have a contract with a towing company and it's suppose to tow on Monday's and Sunday's but I've never seen the thing.
As far as neighbors there are a lot of Hindi's in this complex and that is fine with me, they are quiet and seem to mind their own business.
The laundry care center SUCKS! There are 4 washers and dryers that are coin operated. Some days you put your money in it and the damn things dont even dry your clothes. Then it gets repaired but it breaks again. I think they are old and just needs to be replaced.
The reason I am moving now is because I have roaches. The leasing office was aware of this and the extermination company they had a contract with was not helping the problem. They would spray and the same day I would see roaches. Then they switched companies and the new pest company is better. They continually follow up and spray so now when I do see the roaches they are dead already. So just when I thought I could manage..I began to see mice.
I notified the leasing office of this and their pest company came back again and they layed down spring mouse trap. One mouse was caught on the trap and it left a horrible mess in my kitchen from the splatter. So this is why i a mleaving. IU know the leasing office is trying to fix the prbolem by doing allof this but I pay too much to fight with rodents and I don't want to stick around and see what else will come next. But other than the the complex is nice. The management staff always answered to my maintenance calls and they were all taken care of in a timely manner
