Older 14 Story high rise recently sold to a new managment company that is trying to make repairs and bring up the quality.
Tenants and staff have been very nice.
The price is certainly very nice.
Roaches are my biggest complaiant, which likely stems from an internal trash chute and the age of the building.
The two old small elevators are a concern.
Overall a bargin.

I've lived here for 2 years and not to be rude, but the place is a nightmare. First when you move in it looks pretty decent, but in 2 months these horrable roaches crawling all over your resting body, falling from the ceiling on your guests and sniffing all over your kitchen... . Frankly speaking I woud never recommend it. Our car got robbed over the Helloween night which was a sad surprise. Neighbores next threw a rock in our window when we told them politely not to slam the door, not to mention it was midnight.
