I rencently moved in and so far am impressed. I have a newly renovated apartment and it is great. They have not goteen to renovated my hall yet so it looks a little dirty getting to the apartment but other than that no complaints. I the my counter tops clean person so I have not seen any roaches. The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage. Everyone who has cometo visit me has been impressed by the size and updated appliances in the apartments. The laundry room may only have 10 washer/dryers but they are new so laundry was done in a jiffy. I was able to do 4 loads at one time and send my clothes through only 1 drying cycle. With all utilities included it is very buget friendly and everyone I met in the building are extremely nice. Plenty of parking, working elevator, and freindly management makes this apartment an ideal place to live.

Anonymous, thank you so much for your feed back. We are so proud of the improvements we have had since we took over the property. You will see more improvements on the way. Our highrise will be the best in the county.
