This place really is bad. I just realized from reading other reviews what I thought was someone playing with firecrackers was really gunshots. I've had my tires slashed and my back window broken. They stole everything out of the trunk of my car. When we needed to transfer from a 1 bedroom to a larger place, they wanted a $500 transfer fee. When we lived across town in the luxury apartments we didn't pay a transfer fee. All we had to do was pay the deposit. I mean we transferred to a place with no window screens. The door isn't sealed properly, so any small creature is welcome to come in. We can see where the previous tenants put holes in the walls. The heat/air vents are filthy. At night, gangs of suspicious people roam the place. They hide in the apartments being renovated since the contractors don't bother to lock the doors. Oh and people like to leave their abandoned vehicles here. Yes, the utilities are included but what you pay for due to vandalism and theft, you may as well move to Springhouse or Bolling Brook or anywhere but here. SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE!
