The Seasons

The Season's is hell in all seasons From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   As I review some of the comments about Seasons, I laugh because many of these tenants have experienced the same problems that I have experienced. The neighbors are horrible. There is one resident who has an ultra-sensitive alarm on his SUV and every time anyone passes it, the alarm goes off (and it is really loud).It goes off several times a night and often times you are awakened out of your sleep by the sounds of the alarm. The neighbors downstairs are also chain-smokers and the apartment smells like a night club. The smell of smoke is so strong, it is necessary to open the windows (even in the winter) in order to breathe. The walls are paper-thin and the couple downstairs (the chain-smokers) physically fight one another all night (every night of the week). My apartment shakes as the crazy man throws his girlfriend against the wall. I suffer from sleep deprivation due to the crazy neighbors and there is no need to complain because I have learned over time that complaints are never answered in hell (the Seasons). The air conditioner or heater (depending on the Season- of course all the seasons in the Seasons are hell) breaks daily and there have been times when I had to leave my house due to maintenance problems. Maintenance sucks and they have no idea how to fix anything. The same problems that I had when I moved in, are the same problems that I still have today. Sometimes when I call-in with a problem, my calls are ignored. Also, our carpets have been soaked several times due to the air-conditioner freezing over. The Seasons solution for the mildew smell is pull up the carpet and use this big fan to dry up the wet spots. If you chose to reside in the Seasons (after reading this), you deserve all the misery it will bring you.
