The Seasons

 

All i can say is do not live here, within the first week of moving in actually no the first three days i had property stolen off of my front porch patio.

And two days later mine and three other cars were broken into and our radios were stolen.

I know that the apts are redone but redone by what i dont know because i think that my three year old could do a better job.

I will use just a few examples of how bad it is here in jan a pipe burst under my apt.

my kitchen tiles started coming up and my floor started having brown liquid appear told mgmt within 5 days they were there they cut a hole in my wall and put a piece of wood over it said they would be back to redo the floor fix the wall and clean the carpets from the water damage six months later and still nothing has been done.

My garbage disposal stopped working i complained two weeks later no one showed up, went back and complained again said they would be there that day to fix it and never showed up.

My toilet bowl handle will not stay on nor my toilet paper roll, the molding in the bathroom is falling apart.

and to top it all of went away for a week and came back there was a crack from the ceiling to the floor in my bedroom complained six months later no response.

So basically to end this now do not move here unless u are ready to deal with B.S.

in your home ontop of what you deal with all day.
