Car Stolen First Week

As far as the aesthetics are concerned, the apartments are not so bad.
But looks can be deceiving.
Though I had a positive experience getting the apartment, it has been down hill since then.
The first week, my car was stolen.
Do not have a 1997 Honda Accord! My car (new one) was egged by the roving pack of teenagers, I suspect, on Halloween.
I have not had electricity on several occasions, meaning my alarm does not go off at the expected time.
Then there is the lack of heat one night, the first real cold snap.
They fixed it the next day, but I was aware of it at 6 in the evening and I think it is justifiable to consider it an emergency.
Then there is the fact that whoever "renovated" these apartments did a shoddy job.
The closet door is off its hinges, and the oven door was broken when I moved in.
I didn't get a work order because I have heard discouraging things about the workers.
Of course, since I have not had PERSONAL experience with these workers, I cannot confirm this.
So, basically, these places LOOK nice, and some of the Seasons employees are nice honest people that work hard.
But come on, it's not all about the facade.
THEN, in a very subtle way, mention in their newsletter that they would like you to leave your lights on, saying something banal like "leave your lights on, as it gets dark early" and mentioning it again for no reason.
This is probably because they know the outdoor lighting is really bad.
(Note: This morning my car mat was stolen off my front door)
