It's not perfect but somewhat close to it!

I've lived here for the last 2.5 years and overall I have to say it's been a good experience. I pretty much keep to myself and ignore minor issues (like, the electricity going out frequently- what do you expect it's included in the rental rate)! I will say it goes out pretty regularly though (maybe 1 or 2 times per month).
I had to almost fight to get a water main break fixed when my water pressure went down to a drip in my kitchen. I just went directly to Howard County Government who had no idea about their mistake after I was told my management that "Howard County does not want to come back and fix their mistake"...
So I guess if you're willing to not sweat the small things, and fight for what you must- then you'll be alright. The area is very quiet and maintained. Parking is ample depending on your location. I have friends who've lived here longing than I and they have not had any major problems.
Only reason I'm leaving is b/c they do not offer Dual Master 2 Bedroom units... otherwise I'd stay a little while longer...
Good Luck
