i am moving from the Seasons because of their high rent for a 2 small bedroom towhome. When we first moved in a year ago the closet door came off and was never fixed. They do have a lot of power outages, so don't let it storm or snow in the area. It is a quiet place, not a lot of people hang outside. I like the washer and dryer a lot. Water bill was like 19.00 a month and i washed clothes almost everyday. They do give you some new appliances, but like i said the rent has gone up to make up the difference they're spending
