Thought it was nice, but...

We moved here from DC, which was a relief.

For the first four months, everything was cool.

When summer came around, our next door neighbors were loud as heck and outside all hours of the night.

Then our townhouse started to fall apart literally with paint chipping, nails coming out of studs and a HUGE ant problem!!! Baby ants everyone from the kitchen to the bathroom.

And, our bathroom piping leaked into the kitchen.

To top things off, our car was broken into...RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR TOWNHOME.

We had an alarm but the parking lot lighting is so unsatisfactory.

They need better lighting.

Staff informs folks that courtesy officers patrol the area but I have yet to see one at night.

I would recommend this place if you need someone to stay short term BUT I wouldn't sign a years lease.

We are out of here when our lease is up.
