I've been living here for a few months now, and I really love my apartment.

They have a lot of space and are very comfortable! Thus far I havent experienced any issues with my apartment building at all, my neighbors are very nice.

It seems like the people in the neighborhood are all very nice and helpful! We all care about each other and keeping this place in great shape!

The pets on the property are very sweet.

I havent seen a dog yet that looked menacing.

Children can play outside, and its a very welcoming community.

Whenever I've had to call maintenence, they come that day usually.

I've only had to call 2 times, once when I first moved in to adjust the screen door for my balcony, and a second time after a bad rainstorm recently where I noticed a very small leak in the window.

They respond very quickly and take care of everything.

I'm very pleased with their service.

Yeah its hard to get a hold of the management office sometimes, but they have such a large call volume every day, its understandable.

I notice they have a 28% rating on this site...frankly I dont think it does it justice.

Many of the "complaints" ive seen on this site are things I have not personally experienced, nor have my neighbors it seems.

No bugs, no violence or sketchballs, no trash on the grounds, nothing like that.

The only, and i mean ONLY negative about this property is that the parking tends to be ------ at times.

I've never had to park very far away from my apartment, but if I get home after 9pm any night (even weekends) I wont be parking very close to my apartment.

Which I dont mind.

I dont feel unsafe walking from my car to my door, and the excersise is nice.

Also - on occasion I can hear my neighbors, but only if they're in an argument (which happens) and even then its really really muffled and if you have a tv or something on you wont hear it.

Speaking of excersice - the gym is SO nice! I love it there! I really recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live in laurel.

Its so convienent to everything and still close to DC and Baltimore! I really love my home, and I hope that others out there will take into consideration that maybe the property has gotten better from former complaints on this site...some of the reports are 2-3 years old!!!

I'm planning on living here for several years, and I hope that others will see how awesome this place is too!

I am a resident since January of this year, and I totally agree with this posting. The Seasons is a superb community. Of course, nothing is perfect, but for the price and location, this is a nice place to live. In addition, they keep the grounds immaculate. There's a post on here pertaining to litter, etc on the grounds... this is false. I have never had a pest problem, or problems with maintenance or mgmnt. In addition, when i reported that my tub needed to be resealed, it was done within 2 days. A great place to start out in.

you two who think this place is so good should walk around the complex as a whole and not just your street... just a thought... thats what i did before i posted on here...

Yeah right. I live here and the people are rude, no parking and the materials the used to make this place, obviously cheap. It is more than obvious that management made this comments. Instead of spending their time making comments, they need to get to work and fix this place up. No crimes huh? Well how do you call it when cops come around all the time driving veeery slow, mail boxes get broken into and people set on fire the dumpsters. Do not come here, I just can't wait to leave this ghetto.

I've NEVER seen a dumpster on fire. I really think there's a stark difference between the two sides of the community. On the side by the management office I've never seen ANYTHING that would be deemed suspicious. Granted, I have 2 friends that live on the other side of hte community who have seen some domestic disputes from their neighbors...but that happens anywhere.

I've seen the cops. I like that I see the cops. You realize that there is a Howard County Cop station in the shopping center on the corner of North Laurel/All Saints Road. Of course they patrol the area. They're keeping it safe. Dont call that naive, that's just the truth.

All in all, I like living here. I wouldnt call it the ghetto, and obviously you havent lived even close to a city if you think this is.
