ive been hear almost a year and have called maintenance a few times and they have responded and fixed everything very fast. if i see any kinda bug they come within the next day and spray. NO MICE. you cant avoid nature unless you live in a bubble. ive never heard of or seen any crime except when i left my car doors unlocked (which can be a stupid mistake any where you live) someone did catch my car on fire but im sure they dont live in my neighborhood.i go out on my porch any time day or night and its very quiet. rent is a little steep but you get what you pay for. parking is ample. i think those who are writing bad reviews probably have an axe to grind. You should be able to leave your doors unlocked and not expect to be robbed. Your car on fire...it's past petty crime, whether they live in the area or not it not a good thing.
