I could only stand the place for 4 months. I have to move out the neighbors are terrible, noisy, rude. The maintenance staff cannot fix anything. When I moved in there was no stopper in my kitchen sink and I was told that I had to purchase my own, my ice maker leaked from day one and they still cannot get it fixed. The outside lighten is poor to say the least, I do not feel safe when outside at night. They are advertising all the improvements being made in the complex, new doors and cabinets but nothing else. They do allow pets but do not enforce the pet policy, almost daily I see rots and chows running loose, yesterday a neighbor child was attacked and mauled so you have to be careful.

I've been here 2 years and my husband car was broken into the first year, due to nosy neighbors. However, once they moved out, things have been find. My only complaint is that there does need to be additional lighting in the parking lots. I guess we did get a good apartment because we haven't had all of the problems that you've wrote about. I wish you the best. We will be moving out early next year.

I have been here for a little over a year and really can't say that I am happy. I am in the process of leaving. My car was written on and hit in the parking lot my first week in the complex, repairs still haven't been made, management changed hands 3-4 times and maintenance is a joke-they don't repair they just do patch work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They used to have a good deal with electric/gas included in the rent, but are in the process of changing that without lowering the rent. This place is no where near what they are asking without the utilities included, buyer beware!!!
