I have lived at the Seasons for a year and a half, and I have gotten nothing but bad service. Matienance has not been able to fix my leaky sink or fridge, and when they came to repair my washing machine, they cut up a sweater without my permissin. The most recent time I made a request for maintenance assistance, the receptionist told me it would be a wait of two weeks. I waited for a month, and they still had not come to fix the numerous problems. When I called in to find out what happened, it turned out that they had no record of my request in their system.
Finally, I would like to mention that they do a terrible job of informing tenants of renovations. This summer, new windows were put in, and we were told that we would be given notification of the date of the window change, so furniture could be moved, etc. We never received notice. One morning as I was leaving, a bunch of construction people showed up at my front door to change the windows. Had I not stayed and insisted that I move my own furniture, I'm sure they would have entered my apartment without my permission and done it themselves. Given the incident with the sweater, I would not be willing to trust my posessions to the Seasons maintenance again.
