To all the apartment seekers, please do not waste your time at applying at the Seasons. My unit was robbed a week before christmas and Seasons lead us to believe that we were the only victims. According, to howard county police and contractors there was a similar robbrey a month prior and Seasons failed to sent out a memo. Therefore, we were not prepared for this second robbrey and theives majored to get away with over $3500 worth of electronics items from my apartment. I do not think it would be in anyone's best interest to live in the Seasons because they are just chasing the dollars. Their main priority is filling apartments and pretending that they care about the tenants safety. I am blaming Seasons for my loss and is currently in the process of disputing my case. Please pass this valuable information along to others ASAP. I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

I currently live there. I'm curious, do you live closer to the main entrance or further back by the leasing office and school? Thank you for the heads up.

My question: does it make a difference where the robbery occured? It can happen to any of us... I am so sorry. Perhaps you were the reasons for the flyers going out. I find that management does not care. You are right--they want to fill up the units regardless. I told them about my car and was told that it was isolated as well. It wasn't. I don't feel safe here--my lease is up soon and I am moving. Thanks so much for sharing the information. I hope that you are able to resolve the dispute in your favor. Take care.
