I wrote a review last month on this property,I have since terminated my lease and left as of two weeks ago.
Before I left I received my fist electric bill, which was $230 for one month.
Now let's do the math...
I had a three bedroom two bath apartment $1675 a month, Water/Trash Removal/Sewage $30-40 a month, Electric- $230.
I feel so stupid right now for having entered into such a situation regardless of the fact that they did not fully disclose everything when I signed my lease, even after my asking fifty million and one questions.
There are houses in front, on the side and behind the complex I would have made out better renting or purchasing one of them.
If any one is looking to get more for their money do not move here.

Good review, but the part about the utilities is a bit off. You always have to pay electric, but gas is free in units that use it. From what I'm told, gas takes care of heat, hot water, and cooking in those units. Again, good review.

Unsatisfied I was trying not to call out any names in my original post but yes Granada is a nasty *itch, very nasty. I am terminating my lease early and have to move back home with my parents. But I rather deal with that for a few months than continue to deal with their nasty attitudes.

Anonymous,
Don't feel stupid, you didn't know. Hopefully you are somewhere where you are getting your money's worth, because it sure isn't the seasons. They are shady here--you just can't believe anything that they tell you. I am hearing of more and more people terminating their leases and moving elsewhere. I will not be renewing my lease at the Seasons. In regards to the utilities, you need to check what you were told because I was informed of something different. I gave the staff the benefit of the doubt, made concessions, compromises with a group of folks who could care less. I am the consumer here! For what they want to charge and for what you actually get, you are much better off going else where to live. This place is not what they say they are...

In the seasons, BGE manages their gas and electric. So even if they say the gas is free, your paying for it. I lived there for 5 years and my electric bill was never over 90 dollars
