The Seasons is not what they claim to be. I was "duped" when I came to look at the complex. Moving from out of state and looking for a place that had a small town feel and grass, I figured the Seasons would be a good place to live short term. I looked at the unit I was told that I was renting and ended up in another unit. Repairs were made 9-12 months later despite repeated letters and calls. The workmanship is poor, maintanence lie about repair ( or lack of repairs made). The unit is in worst shape, dirty carpet, dirty wash machine, vents in need of cleaning, insects. there is a constant battle with ants. The "renovations" is just patchwork. I hear my neighbor on either side and BEHIND me. I have made complaints to management about the marijauna smell that come through my vents;I live alone and don't smoke or drink. My car has been hit and vandalized on 2 separate occasions. The gym doesn't have a safe feel to it. There is dog feces everywhere. The conversion has been nightmare. The windows were replaced factory style, strange men all over the place, tenants doors left open for any and everyone to walk if. There were power outages before but they've been worse. I now make candles part of decoration. Management is poor, rude. Not quite sure who is in charge because they've changed so often. They don't really seem to care. I wouldn't recommend the Seasons anyone.

Glad to know I am not the only one battling ants. I have ants all in my bathrooms and it is bothersome. When I first moved in the cleaning people had not clean my apartment and I had to remind them to have the toilet seats changed before this I moved in. The cleaning people did a half job of cleaning and I had to go behind them and thoroughly clean but I suppose if you want somethings done right you have to do them yourself. I also have to agree that management is extremely poor and extremely rude. I am not happy here and have been looking for the least expensive way to terminate my lease early.

I am not renewing my lease, which is up in a couple of months. This is the worse living experience I've ever had. It's just sad and I am just plain done with the seasons. I hope that you are able to break your lease and move to something more comfortable.
