First off, I have been reading some of the reviews and I can honestly say that I have not had HALF the problems that some of the people are complaining about, maybe I'm just lucky!
The price to live here is crazy, I agree with someone when they said you are better off buying a house (which I am doing as soon as my lease is up). I don't have mice, never seen a roach here although I do believe if I had someone move in next door with bugs I would be singing a different tune. The kids around here are loud and disrespectful, but you can't blame the seasons for that! One time I had several teens out side my front door using the "f" word all night! Overall, I would say that the seasons is a wonderful place to live, but it is not worth the price! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Wow, what do you find wonderful about the seasons? The place wants to be an upscale community and they are definitely not hitting the mark. The staff is rude, they lie, etc. They are offering incentives to live is ------ conditions. I would not recommend the seasons to anyone. You can find some place much, much better to live.

I enjoyed living there, but rent was cheaper then. The staff was VERY rude when I moved out, but the office staff didn't affect my living. The maintenance men were thorough and nice. I liked it, but wouldn't move back. I did buy a house. My mortgage is about the same as rent was.
