Price is the definitely the most attractive feature. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Some were extremely personable. The maintenance is atrocious. The apartment was not well cleaned after the renter. It is obvious they did not shampoo the carpet. The place reeked of stale cigarette smoke for months. I got all in clothes and everything. Food and crumbs were still on the floor under cabinet in the kitchen and along the baseboard on the carpet. Between the odor and finding hair that doesn t belong to me the place sufferable. Sometime I sleep in my office just to avoid the place. It is definitely not for couples or kids. Nevertheless the price is right if saving money is your goal. Also very military friendly. Watch-out for hidden cost.

Tekoam, Did you read your review? Do you now have to pay for utilities? Is seems as though you really don't like the place if you have to sleep at your office. Nothing is cheap at the Seasons, it's an expensive ghetto. I am a current renter and have had the same complaints as you but I am not renewing my lease and told them exactly why I am leaving. The staff is nasty and rude, maintenance staff just lie-they claim to make repairs that aren't really made. What hidden costs? The water that seems to consistently go up? Late fees that don;t pertain to you? They are trying to make it an upscale place and have greatly missed the mark. Find a place that you enjoy AND can come home to.
