---- them. I just got a notice in the mail saying I own them a final balance from when I lived there when I paid them months ago. Funny that the final notice wouldn't come until 4 months after it was due. They did this to a friend who lived there too because they said she never put in her vacating notice so she owed an extra months rent. Obviously whoever updates their files sucks. Oh and while I lived there I had an ant problem my dishwasher did not work (thing was old as hell). I will not ever deal with those people ever again. Thank god.

Haha...so true. It was a very nice place to live, but they are always trying to get you in the office. Luckily I got my vacate notice copied and had proof when they said I didn't put my notice in. Otherwise I liked living there... The office does suck!

And they don't answer their phone either so you have to go in.

I believe this did happen to you. I moved out in March 2008 and they said I didn't pay my final bill when I did. I still haven't received my security deposit back and they do not return any phone calls when they say they will! Very unprofessional staff! I have never had bad customer service like this in my life with housing. I will never recommend The Seasons to anyone...they suck and do not care about their residents!

They have issues with people moving out. They said I never gave them notice and I know I hand delivered it to the office. Not only that but I gave notice until 9/15 and moved out on 9/1. Then they show up on my credit report. I tried to call/write the management company and no response from them at all.
