I lived here back in 2001 when I was in the military. It was my first apartment so I was a bit naive. We signed a contract for a lease before seeing the actual apartment we were going to live in. The leasing office is in the middle of these nice looking apartments with manicured lawns. They told us that our apartment wasn't available to be viewed and gave us a tour of one of their "show" apartments. When we get the key to our apartment, we discover where WE live is down the street at a completely different looking set of apartments that looked completely run down. I can only laugh now at how disappointed we were, but at least it was an important lesson early on.
The one good thing about living there was that the electric was included in the rent and they provided washer/dryer in unit so it was pretty inexpensive.

I lived in one of those apartments next to the office...I requested one due to the looks of the others. However, I would never rent there again. Staff was rude and it took me to notify the head office to finally get back a deposit that was owed to me. Plus, our cars got broken into twice and although we talked about the lighting situation...to th staff it was "always on their budget for the next quarter to improve." Lots of talk, but no action.
