Some people say the place is like the ghetto. I dont' know where any of those people, but the Seasons definetly don't look like a ghetto. The place does have it's pro and cons. The complex is kept clean and the neighbors are nice. The kids that live there don't cause any problems. However, I am not renewing my lease. The first night I moved there I found roaches. I lived in a hisgrise in Silver Spring and never had a roach problem. The complex may be large, but the roach population can be kept down. Maintainence will come into your apartment and never leave a notice that they were there. This pasr winter I had mold in my bedroom closet. I reported it and was later told that the issue was resolved. I come home and I still find mold in my closet. Come to find out they never went to my closet. They were looking i my bathroom. I requested that they call me to let me know what day they were coming to remove and they never did. Management was unemphatic about the issue. Also, the walls are thin. You can hear everything. If it wasn't for these issues I would stay.
