When I first moved here, I was taken to view the model town home located by the rental office.

I was very impressed.

It appeared to be a quiet well kept community.

We decided to move in, well it has been problems ever since.

The management does not care about the tenants: at all!! The property is dark, with lights broken.

Large dogs are allowed on the property and the owners don't clean after them so there is poop everywhere.

The maintanance people half way fix whatever you called for, so you are continuously miserable.

Not to mention, they have a high occurance of break ins and car thefts.

How do I know' My car was vandalized twice and stolen.

The police officer told me that all types of crimes happen at the Seasons, so you just watch the crime report before moving here.

When I asked management why they didn't inform the tenants that crime was high, they said because they didn't know!! What'!'! How could you not know''' None of your complaints will be ever taken seriously.

Do yourself a favor, rent somewhere else or go buy a home.

Just to let you know ...its against the law (fairhousing laws) to talk about crime, or the kinds of people that live there. Its a huge liability. If they didnt tell you they did their job. Do you go into a grocery store and buy a product to find out later, it had bad reviews, etc, and ask why the cashier didnt tell you? No. Do your own research before moving.

It is NOT against any law for them to talk about the crime. In fact, it's more of a liability for them if you specifically ask about crime and they knowingly misrepresent the stats.
