Overpriced and NO service

I have lived in this apartment for over six years now and I have to say it is really nothing to talk about. There is a huge rent increase every year. This is the only apartment that I know where the tenant has to pay for all the utilities, Gas, Electric, Water and Sewer. Can you imange having to pay for water and sever in an apartment and then the way the bill is divided by the sqare footage of your apartment... which means that if you are live alone, like I do, you will be paying the same water and sever bill as your neighbor with a whole family. What is the point of living in an apartment when you have to pay all those things yourself. I agree the draft in my apartment is horrible...in the summer the AC can't cool the best at all so your AC stays on most of the time because it is not cooling down for it to go off... in the winter, it is the reserve of that, the Heat does not warm enough to make the apartment warm to live in so you need a space heater. With all this your electric bill in the summer is high because your AC is on all the time and in winter, your heat bill is high. In the winter to help myself from not freezing I have to either tape up the windows and balcony door for the winter with plastic. They promote the man-made lake like it is the most beautiful thing you will ever see but it's not. The only way you will even get to see the lake is if you are one of the lucky tenants to get an apartment facing the lake. The lake is dirty and I don't see them ever cleaning it. The management is horrible... they change managers every other month it seems but they still can't get it right. They seem to think they can just enter your apartment whenever they want without prior notification.
