I moved out of state to Town & Country and was totally unaware of how unsafe, unreliable and how horrible the current property manager deals w/problems. There's constant loitering, guys in hallways smoking pot, loud music it's just horrible and when you call the Leasing Office to make a complaint the property manager tells you that these occurrences (such as loitering, etc.) go on in every community and there's nothing that they can do about. Never mind as a tenant you pay your rent in a timely fashion.

I have a tip for anyone thinking about moving into these apartments don't you will certainly learn the hard way.
