I have lived in Town and Country apartments for 3 years and it really isn't bad. One complaint that I have is that the rent goes up very often, and you don't see any improvements to the complex. Also, the worse is the noisy neighbors. I think the walls in the complex are much thinner than usual and you can hear everything. Management is very unsympathetic to this and as for a formal letter, but still does not rectify the problem. The neighbors on top of me sound as though they are running through an amusement park on Sunday Mornings. If you move here, I would recommend a top floor just to be safe.
