It does not matter what floor you live on. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I live on the 3rd floor and you can here everything the people below and beside you do. Repairs were made quickly and i did not have any real issues with management except for the fact that the water would be cut off from 830 to 400 pm without any prior notice.
