Horrible Place To Live!

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2000
I was not evicted, moved out on my own accord after living 2 years here. 1 year, was okay except for a noisy family over top of us, the mother claimed she was partially deaf so did not hear her son dropping heavy objects that nearly split the walls, or running from room to room. They got kicked out due to our complaints. But we wished they had stayed after stupid management moved in an extremely rude and insensitive bunch of knuckleheads who felt it their duty to torment us with their stereo all hours of the night! Or bounce a basketball in the tiled kitchen. We moved but returned stupidly 2 years later.
We got a third floor apartment, but still had problems with our downstairs neighbor whom informed us when we first moved in that he liked to play his stereo extra, extra loud. What a an -------! We had to put up with him and his crazed, drug induced, marijuana smoking family--the mother threatened me when I was out with my family at Walmart! It was obvious she was on something as her eyes were so red and bloodshot!
After that I got the hell out!
Management is terrible, do not like to help and lie endlessly. Noise complaints written suspossedly in confidence by you and the management are shared and discussed between them and the neighbor in question is downright dirty and wrong! I could not understand why neighbors in the last apartment I had with them even put up with the extra, extra loud stereo blasting through every apartment's orifice any time or day! It was ridiculous!
Anyway, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
I advise you! I made the same mistake twice!
