I have lived here from March 31st, 2003-April 9th 2004. It was ok, but, maintenance was terrible. They take 2-3 months to come and repair any leaks and they don't repair them, they fix/seal until the next time you have a leak. Within the year I have lived here, I still have as of today a leak in the front closet, and my ceiling is cardboarded in my kitchen. Their maintenance sucks and the windows are not sealed good. Your electricity bill will shoot up sky high due to the fact that they windows do not keep out air. So you will freeze to death. Its not good for kids because of the fact that it gets toooooo cold. And as far as parking, there is just no luck unless you park at your back door or at the end of your complex. I feel that they need numbered car parking. It is a quiet place to live. No one bothers you at all.
