You will regret it. I am saving to purchase a house. I moved in because of the reasonable rent. But you get what you pay for. And in the end it has cost me more than it saved. I paid the cost in frustration, being insulted, high utility bills, and sheets of plastic from Home depot.

First of all the management staff is HORRIBLE. They are crude, rude, nasty, insulting and have no concern/respect for their tenants. I have never had a positive experience dealing with them. I avoid having any direct contact with them if possible. Which is quite easy to do because they are not friendly at all. They are unprofessional and make no attempts to be helpful. They talk down to you, as if you were dirt. They come up with all these fees and extra costs that are not disclosed at the lease signing. They will refuse to accept your rent if they are not paid. They have several nasty form letters that they send for several occasions. But if you see them on the property, or if you go in the office, they don't even want to talk to you. Evictions are a monthly event around here. They place ALL of a persons belongings on the sidewalk. So much for customer service.

It was a nightmare just getting the utilities on when I moved in. BGE would not turn on the electric and gas without a huge deposit, even though I have good credit. They said they have had instances of fraud with "Willow Lake" customers, and since I lived here I could not be trusted.

The windows in my apartment are old and need to be replaced. They will NOT replace them. Every winter I have to cover them with sheets of plastic to keep the wind from blowing threw. My BGE bills are $300 per month from Oct. to Feb. Weekly I have to pickup trash that collects outside my patio door.

I have had three instances were where the ceilings were leaking. Parking is a total nightmare. The trash dumpsters are often overflowing with trash.
