I have lived in alot of apartments in my 30 years....I have never seen a management company try so hard to dance their way of
problems....I have had mice, roaches, and water bugs inside my apartment. They spray, they go away for a short time and come back...The people that live there are rude and inconsiderate of other people. They drive up in the grass and put tracks all over the place. The residents are loud and the buildings are poorly insulated. The wind ripes through the windows, the cold air comes through those same windows making you put the heat up to 80 just to stay warm. The walls are paper thin...so thin that you can hear someone sneeze beside you.(all windows closed and door shut)I look foward to moving out when my lease is up....
