The area is pretty quiet,yet within the past year it seems like a lot annoying neighbors are moving in around me. The cost of BGE is ridiculous I have received a bill amounting to $250 for a one bedroom. The windows are so drafty in the winter, you have no choice but to turn up the heat! I'm never home in the day because I work. The heating/AC cost is crazy!!!!
