the price looks right, but it is not worth it. the apartments must have been built in the 1800's. be ready for something to leak, mold or have a hole in it. when i moved in 8 months ago i told them everything that was wrong. only half is fixed to this day. i have a whole under my patio where rodents live racoons, beavers, a ferret. i am afraid to let my children play in the back. the windows are paper thin, but BGE will love you because you will have to keep your heat blasting on 80 degrees in the winter to keep warm. like they say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR don't do it!
