First and foremost I've been a resident for 8 years. I've seen this property at its best and unfortunately now at its worst. Sawyer recently puchased this property from Town and Country Trust 6 months ago. Now the property has been sold to The Bethany Management Group LLC. The office staff are unprofessional the maintenence is non-existent and the underhanded way they are handling the acquisiitons of this property leads me to believe they may tear it down and build condos. Either way its not worth the headache. The maintenance and care this property used to have are gone this IS the GHETTO.
