Willow Lake is a wonderful place to live, And raise a family. There has been alot of bad comments made about this beautiful property, however with new management in place I have started to see major improvements already. The Bethany Group is the name of the new company. They came over in December of 06 and we have new windows already. And we have been told that other improvements are on the way. This is a wonderful thing, because I get so upset when I hear people talk about where I live, like it's the hood or the getto. This is one of the most nicest apartment complexs in Laurel. You dont have anyone hanging out in front of the buildings, no body smokin in the hallways, and most important we dont even need bars on the windows cause we dont have break ins. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment, so come on and be my neighbor! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I too live at willow lake. In fact, I just returned after a 1 year absence. I previously lived @ W/L but moved when the Sawyer took over last year. Now that they are gone its back to the way it used to be, quiet, clean and pleasant. The bottom line here, with those who are displeased, is that management companies make a difference. I am impressed by the new windows as well as the renovations. (yes I live in an upgraded apartment) and it was very much needed. I am satisfied with the upgrades and the quietness of the community.
