I am strongly thinking about moving to Willow Lakes, however it's extremely hard to know who is telling the truth and who has NO LIFE!!..
I live at Briarwood now and I love it there but they too are under a new mgmt and hunting oaks took over their property.. I need HONEST feed back from someone who lives or lived there.. PLS HELP ME!!!!

Did you move in? What do you think? I went in for a walk-through today and it looked amazing but I'm very concerned about all of these people using the r-word. There's no way I can move somewhere knowing there's a threat of roaches.

My girlfriend lives in Willow Lake she moved in May 15, 07. Now I was the one who told her to move there and I live in Jersey. I like the apartment. Her apartment is clean. NO ROACHES, NO BUGS. I DONT DO BUGS. She hasnt had any issues or concerns. She likes her place so much shes not even thinking about moving to Jersey so that we can at least live in the same state to be together. To any one wondering about Willow Lake I would say yes move in. If MD/DC was paying enough I would move there myself. I hope this helps. I'm a young professional and student and that would truly be a safe, secure, and CLEAN spot to live in.

I lived there for 2 years and never saw one single roach. Ever. I had some other problems with the place. Security wasn't so good and my car got broken into. My neighbors would fight and the police would come. Teenagers loitered outside the door. That sort of thing, though if you minded your own business nobody bothered you. But roaches? Never.
