I have been very impressed with the level of service since Bethany Group took over our property. The setting in the rental office is warm and inviting. The staff is professional, friendly and most of all curtious. I have had to have work done in my apartment a few times and had no problem with schedule and execution. The apartments and grounds here are recently renovated and look magnificent. I recommend this complex for singles and families alike.

I have lived in Town and Country Willow Lake going on 3 years. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff quickly resolve issues in my apartment. However, over the last year, the environment and residences has changed. I no longer feel safe in this environment. Gun shoots rang out in the night, police presents has increased, and in the building I live in there is a drug dealer whose clients have increased. Several time I came home to find people hanging out in the hallway waiting for the local drug dealer. the property itself is very nice minus the isses is expressed.
