i stayed there with my two girls as a single om and i would not suggest it. i was on the bottom floor next to the wash room and it was very creepy. the neighbors next door moved out and the apartment stayed vacant with the door cracked for 5 months. I called t complain but no one ever came . finally i got the nerve to go over and lock the door shut. When it is daylight savings tine it took them 2 months to reset the hallway lights so they would come on at 5 instead of 8. it was very unsecure and scary. as a single woman to another would say look further. There were no roaches are rates but their are beavers...yes beavers as big as my toddler that run around the property especially by that hing they call a lake.

Stay away: drugs, fights inside and outside, breaking into cars, loud neighbors all night long. Apartments are actually nice, but the people are ghetto. And though they offer cookies in the office, management is useless.

I used to live there a few years back. Apartment itself was very nice (i.e.,large bedrooms and closets and living room, but kitchen very small). Our problem when we lived there was roaches. I'm not going to make myself seem like Mrs. Brady, but I do keep a clean house and we just couldn't get rid of them. We did the norm (i.e., buy bug spray and traps), but Management did nothing to help get rid of them. We've moved since then, but I do still live in the area and heard that complex is ghetto. Don't move there if you can help it.
