nice I guess, but OLD and a little sketchy

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
neighbors are mostly nice, rarely all that loud, but I still get a wierd uncomfortable vibe there late at night sometimes.
Maintenance responds to emergencies VERY quickly, rent is EXTREMELY affordable, utilities included.
Allows cats. Parking is decent, but if you get in later than most, you won't get parking as close to your apartment as you'd like.
The only thing that REALLY annoyed me is that they'd frequently turn off the water for some maintenance/construction/emergency situation and only give you one day's notice.
The community was built in the 70's, and hasnt been kept up all THAT well, so it's OLD< but it's not dingy and gross.
I liked my apartment, I just wish it was a nicer area and that it was newer.
Also -- poor insulation, but ample AMPLE closet space and storage.
