I lived here 2000-Present (Seeking a new place now). I agree with the comments about turning the water off with little notice and the poor insulation. Present property manager (Kissler) is truly incompetent. Fails to enforce community rules (even when posted) and hides behind the fact that other rules do not exist when faced with a complaint. Fails to adequately address recurring noise problems. Took TWO YEARS for maintenance to fix "clanging pipe" problem. Still have holes in my walls from their repair effort and recent flooding in my apartment left floor tiles in poor state of repair (still not fixed). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
