My family of three moved into VSN Oct 2003. We have had no problems, maintenance responds promptly, and are courteous. We have never had any issues with people bothering our cars, gun shots, (as a previous person stated on this site) no break ins, no maintenance issues, no hanging out, NOTHING.

We had one resident who lived in the same court that we did who was constantly having late hanging parties and bringing the drama and loudness onto the balcony. Needless to say, Ms. Kissler got her out of there. Which was music to our ears. We were not the only tenants to complain on this one female.

There was no way we could go through the summer with her loud late card players with their noise and unappropriate conversations on the balcony. Sometimes waking my son up and making it hard for my fiancee' and I hard to get to sleep before the A/C got turned on. (Which meant we had to sleep with the windows open to be cool.)

Aside from that, my family and I LOVE our apartment. We have a young son, who loves it as well. A bigger bedroom to store all of his junk. We have never had any bad issues with anything, (knock on wood) since we have been here.

Our rent is reasonable, all utilities are included, which is the same as rent, gas and electric at some communities. So, WE LOVE OUR VSN!
