We've been largely happy here with small complaints. Apartment is lacking in storage space, drafty, and the appliances are very basic, but everything around and in the apartment is clean and well kept. Apartment layout is nice for the size. The price is attractive, especially with included utilites.

The staff is as helpful as they could be, though many times we lack hot water. Other than that, any service issue - the few that have occurred - was fixed very very fast.

Parking is dodgy, with some inconsiderate behavior thrown in. Neighbors seem friendly, though, by and large.

One shooting several buildings down (scary moment) in nearlt 3 years, and some random loitering is seen in the general area across the way, but immediate neighbors are fine and friendly. Surrounding area is okay, but hey - it's Laurel, and it could be worse all things considered.
