Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2009
 
I lived at VAM for many years and every year I lived their we had a new manager. The mateince staff has gone down. They started letting any one move in. The builings and the hallways have gone down, they had security cameras, so you could look at who was at your door. They had a rec. center, for the children. Its all gone. The apartments are small...Mold on alot of the first floor apts. Please dont move here!!!
