I am a new tenant and so far my experience has been good. I came in at a reasonable rate on rent. The apartment is clean and appropriate. You get what you pay for! It is not luxury, but if your looking for a something economical Villages of Laurel can work. I am saving to purchase a home; therefore, this is great for my budget/savings. I'm comfortable and satisfied thus far.
